1. Purpose and characteristics

The NJYL-60 anchor rod comprehensive parameter tester is developed and produced by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for detecting the anchoring force and displacement of anchor rods, steel bars, expansion bolts, and other anchor solids. It is a commonly used instrument in anchor rod construction and support engineering testing.

The NJYL-60 anchor rod comprehensive parameter tester mainly consists of manual pumps, hydraulic cylinders, circular pressure sensors, displacement sensors, intelligent touchscreen displays, and other parts. When using, first connect the manual pump to the hydraulic cylinder with a quick connector, place the circular pressure sensor on the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder piston, and the displacement sensor is adsorbed on the outer cylindrical surface of the circular pressure sensor through a magnetic seat. Then, connect the display to the circular pressure sensor and displacement sensor through the sensor connection wire.

The instrument can simultaneously detect the tensile force, displacement, and environmental temperature and humidity values of steel bars under tension. It has functions such as peak retention and can automatically store data, including displacement values, tension values, detection time, etc. The fastest recording time is 120 data per minute. There is no need to install specialized software. The storage card stores data, which can be uploaded to the computer for data analysis and printing through a high-speed card reader. The storage file format can be opened directly in Excel.
